He bends and swivels at the shoulder and elbow. He can move his arms up and down and side to side. He can stand in almost any pose because of all the different ways he can move his body parts. The classic G1 Crosshairs didn’t do very much from the waist down and his arms and legs didn’t have the joints that this newer one does. The many different points of articulation allow him to be positioned in lots of different poses, making him easy to display all sorts of ways. I bought the toy for my finance Sherman because he collected the vintage Transformers and really took a liking to these WFC figures. I highly recommend him.Crosshairs is a special Transformers toy because he is the FIRST one I purchased in this collection. Overall: This is a really great toy, and a new character. He has no place to store his third weapon in root mode that I can find, but you can put one on the top and one on the bottom of his hand and it will stay pretty well like that. I wish the goggles were painted red and blue like on the box art, but it still looks cool. His head sculpt makes him look like he’s wearing old style aviator’s goggles pushed up on his forehead. It’s not a perfect effect on the toy, but I love the idea. Looks like it’s meant to simulate him wearing a trench coat or jacket. Robot Mode: It took me a little bit to figure out what the soft plastic flaps that connect to his chest are for. Typical Hasbro, missing such an obvious flaw as a place for his weapons to be stored. You can leave them in his hands, but they can easily fall out. The instructions say nothing about storing the other two. The large one stores easily on the under side of the car. He comes with one large gun and two small ones. Might have just been me, but it took me a few minutes to figure out what I was doing wrong. The problem is that his elbow is a dual joint and needs to be folded properly so that it will line up. It looks like it should fit right in, but the bottom edge was angled too far in.
His forearms form the lower sides of the car between the front and back wheels. I did have a little trouble transforming him.
